Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef with ThinkTanc Hospitality Consultancy in Hyderabad. The Executive Chef will lead the culinary operations for all restaurants, events, and catering services. They will work with the management team to design menus, evaluate food costs, maintain quality control standards, and manage kitchen staff. Additionally, the Executive Chef will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring sanitation protocols are followed, and training and developing kitchen staff. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team A passion for creativity and innovation in culinary arts Excellent knowledge of food and beverage costs, inventory management, and quality control Working knowledge of. local, regional, and international cuisine Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Recipe costing Wastage menagement Coordination with front of the house Create menus for festivals Maintain a hygienic and clean kitchen Well groomed
