- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure excellent front-desk management and handle appointments, inquiries, and registrations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client meetings, property visits, or service requests.
- Manage customer records, maintain visitor logs, and update CRM with relevant details.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Assist the sales and CRM teams in organizing client events, walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the reception area and waiting lounge.
- Uphold the companyu2019s brand image and ensure customer delight at every touchpoint.
Requirements Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite, presentable, and confident in customer-facing roles.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- Fluency in English and regional languages preferred.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or real estate guest handling.
- Exposure to handling walk-in clients, VIP guests, or event coordination.
- Female candidates preferred (as per role requirements or team balance).
