Key Deliverables Ownership of OT strategy for site(s), following Global strategy Management of Change Industrial Data Model Management Capital Projects support Site Cyber Security Lifecycle Management following IEC 62443 3rd Party Support Contract Management Secure Remote Access Management Continuous Threat Detection and Incident Technical Support Ownership of OT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans OT Consultation to site management teams Industry 4.0 SMART Factory Integration Skills Technical Capabilities and Experience: Process Control Systems Engineering Automation and Instrumentation Industry 4.0 IIOT Manufacturing Process and Systems, preferably in food and beverage Engineering Hazard and Risk Identification Engineering Safety Systems (IEC 61508) Cyber Security Methodologies (IEC 62443) IT / OT Networking. Education KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar field Minimum two years of work experience in Cyber Security related duties such as incident detection and response, and technology deployment Minimum two years of work experience in implementation of Cyber Security in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Cyber Security standards for OT Good understanding of IT and OT network infrastructure Understanding of manufacturing OT devices and applications Ability to demonstrate understanding of threats, vulnerability and remediation.
