Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Proven experience as a Data Migration Specialist Strong knowledge of data migration concepts and. methodologies Hands-on experience with tools such as Informatica, DataStage, and DataLoad Experience in data mining and data analysis Familiarity with SQL and database systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Roles And Responsibilities Lead and execute data migration projects for our clients Analyze data sets and develop data mapping procedures Identify and resolve data quality issues Collaborate with clients to understand their data migration requirements Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans Perform data mining to extract relevant information from legacy systems Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools for data migration
