Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an Expert and Dynamic Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of automotive, CRM, ERP, complex commerce backend dashboards and developer console (like AWS, GCP and Azure console) . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovative strategies and seamless system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis Strategy: Analyze and document business requirements for automotive, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce domain .
- Develop business cases for new initiatives and process improvements. Align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Requirement Gathering Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents ( BRD ), User Stories, and workflow diagrams.
- System Implementation Integration: Work closely with engineering, product, design and business teams to implement robust solutions.
- Ensure smooth integration between CRM, ERP, commerce backend and developer console platforms.
- Provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and operational efficiencies .
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business, technology, and third-party vendors .
- Present business solutions, impact analysis, and progress updates to leadership.
Required Skills Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in automotive, CRM, ERP, or e-commerce domains .
- Strong expertise in commerce backend dashboards, developer console, API dashboards , rich cockpit interfaces, and workflow automation .
- Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools, SQL, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) .
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and product development lifecycle methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with automotive digital ecosystems (DMS, Vehicle CRM, Connected Car platforms).
- Strong technical background with API integrations, cloud solutions, and automation tools.
- Prior experience in business intelligence, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation .
