PACE HOSPITALS is looking for Pharmacists to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Dispense medications accurately and safely based on prescriptions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
• Provide medication counseling to patients regarding usage and side effects
• Monitor patient health and progress to ensure the effectiveness of medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
• Maintain inventory levels and participate in medication procurement
• Manage pharmacy operations, including workflow and staff supervision
• Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure medication safety and accuracy
