Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end testing of Global Business circuits for readiness, performance, and compliance with SLAs
Coordinate with Circle and Testing NOC for circuit turn-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
Validate circuit designs and documentation.
Perform BERT, RFC 2544 and other testing criteria as per standard and customer need.
Good understanding on testing meters like JDSU, Viavi, EXPO for diagnostics and performance analysis.
Collaborate with internal network engineers and external vendors to resolve circuit and link issues.
Maintain detailed test records and provide technical documentation for circuit acceptance.
Should have strong understanding of fiber optics.
Regular interaction with domestic and international customers during testing phase.
Should have Good communication and presentation skills.
