Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Operations Manager at our Port Blair location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the property. The Operations Manager will work with other managers and department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives. Qualifications Experience in hotel operations and management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Certifications in hotel management or related field are a plus Remuneration: Upto 7.5 LPA
