Job Description
Product Manager
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for AgroTech platforms.
- Work closely with farmers, agri-businesses, field teams, and industry experts to gather insights and translate them into product features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Prioritize product features and create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate and enhance offerings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant agri policies, government regulations, and data privacy norms.
- Partner with external stakeholders including agronomists, FPOs, agri-input dealers, and startups to strengthen the product ecosystem.
- Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity
- 8 10 years of total experience, with at least 3 5 years in Product Management roles.
- Background in AgroTech, Agri supply chain, Rural Tech, or related domains is mandatory .
- Strong understanding of the Indian agricultural ecosystem, including seasonal cycles, crop patterns, and market linkages.
- Technical proficiency in working with product and development teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Degree in Agriculture, Agri-business, Technology, or Management .
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Experience working with government bodies, NGOs, or agri-startups.
