Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Regular monitoring of trading system to ensure trades match and are flowed in a timely manner

Interfacing with clients, brokers and traders for resolving trade discrepancies or cases not recognized by either of the parties

Updating fixing rates of NDF currency pairs

Coordinating with Back Office's Settlement Team

Keeping a check on mailing system to ensure all cliental mails are replied to within the designated time schedule

Escalating risk/aged items or client service related issues via defined escalations channels

Establishing relations with clients, brokers, vendors, etc. to secure repeat business

Ensuring:

Control procedures are adhered at all times including the "2 Man Booking Rule" for manually booked trades

Trade amendments are confirmed independently with both parties (Client & Broker)

Conducting EoD checks to verify the positions and notifying the same to stakeholders in case of discrepancies

Carrying out meetings to explain objectives & for streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of the process

Organizing training sessions for new recruits using systematic training plan in order to make them familiar with the processes and objectives of the organization

Preparing and presenting Monthly Business review to clients

Designing training manuals, flow charts, training schedule and course documents as per current industry trends

Contract comparison and settlement with counterparties (Trade reconciliation): Role

Securities lending and borrowing reconciliation

Resolving the breaks & updating the same in the systems

Liaising with traders as part of trade support team

Settlements of accounts at the month end especially High billing

Ensure that breaks are resolved within defined timelines

Researching on trades which are not recognized by CP

Reduce failing trades and increase settlement efficiency

Escalating risk items or Counterparties/client service related issues via defined escalations channels

MIS, reporting of operational and trading exposures to management.

Maintain established productivity levels as per SLA and ensure that all established procedure


Work Location: Navi Mumbai and Pune.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Shift timings: 6 am to 3 pm; 1 pm to 10 pm; 7.30 pm to 4.30 am.


Interview Rounds:-

1) Aptitude test: There would be a Test comprising of General Aptitude, Analytical and Basic computer skill.

2) Hr. Round of interview.

3) Final Round of interview.
