Job Description

Travel Desk Management
Handle all incoming travel request and the processes that follow thereafter.
Manage end to end travel booking ie Domestic & international
Handle Visa applications and formalities.
Arrange forex and travel insurance for employees travelling internationally.
Arrange ground transportations for employees travelling across global location as per business needs.
Should be well versed with the global geography & different time zones, when it comes to arranging International travel.
Generate weekly / monthly travel MIS thereby highlighting overall travel spends, vertical wise spends, detailing of spends made under various categories.
Keep a close watch on Travel Advisories issued from time to time.
Ensure Compliance in all aspects of travel procedure.

Skills

Should have excellent communication skills (oral & written).
Should be Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of software booking and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo etc.
Fluency in English is a MUST
