  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry contacts.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to present travel products and services.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions, packages, or itineraries.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations and reservations team for smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
    Requirements Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
    • Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
    • Experience in B2B or B2C sales in travel/hospitality is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
      Preferred Background:
      • 2u20136 years of experience in business development or sales roles
      • Experience in travel, tours, hospitality, or leisure services
      • Strong understanding of tour packages, destinations, and customer expectations
