Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze job requirements in coordination with hiring managers.
- Aggressively source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand and recurring roles.
- Conduct passive candidate outreach and market mapping to identify top talent.
- Utilize employee referrals and vendor partners to maximize reach.
- Screen resumes to match qualifications and role expectations.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening rounds.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and track feedback.
- Regularly engage with shortlisted candidates to maintain interest and availability.
- Extend offer letters and manage negotiations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily sourcing reports.
- Share weekly status updates with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and documentation compliance.
Requires Skills set:
- 3 to 9 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollout
- Expertise in sourcing quality profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Proven track record of achieving hiring targets consistently across multiple roles and industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and candidate management
- Good understanding of market trends, competitor hiring, and role benchmarking
- Experience in using ATS, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple open positions, and deliver within deadlines
