Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Business Development Manager role, based in Gurugram, responsible for developing business and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and tracking new business opportunities, forecasting sales targets, and collaborating with. cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals. The Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, creating sales proposals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Mandatory to have a successful track record in B2B sales in the service industry for minimum 5-7 years Proven track record in business development, sales, and managing accounts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and networking skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of market research and data analysis Assertive, enthusiastic, confident, and most importantly persistent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
