Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our Global market presence. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed QUARTERLY sales targets. Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building. Manage, farm and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and. stakeholders. Understand client pain points and challenges, and provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, pricing, and terms. Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and adhered to. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 12 plus years of proven experience in business development and account management. Must showcase track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous years. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Salesforce, Zoho or other CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
