With offices in seven countries, Worldwide DMC has a multilingual team that offers 24/7 service support and has strong IT systems for both B2B online and offline bookings. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Travel Executive-Operations located in Gurugram. The Travel Executive-Operations will be responsible for executing ground operations for the company's travel products such as hotel bookings, transfers, and local attraction services. The Travel Executive-Operations will also maintain communication with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and stakeholders within the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel executive in a B2B travel company Good knowledge. of UK, USA and European destinations Would be working on quotations and itineraries for UK, USA , European and Australian products Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential software programs Knowledge of the travel industry products, services, and suppliers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience working in a travel company that offers services across different time zones is preferred Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
