This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and enhancing online brand reputation in a dynamic and supportive environment. Position Overview: As an Online Reputation Management Intern, you will work closely with our ORM team to assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the company's online presence. This role provides exposure to various aspects of online reputation management, including social media monitoring, content creation, and engagement strategies. Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring online platforms, including social media, forums, and review sites, to track the company's online reputation. Support the ORM team in crafting and publishing positive and engaging content across digital channels. Help analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of reputation management efforts. Collaborate with team members on. ORM strategies and initiatives to maintain a positive brand image. Assist in responding to customer feedback, comments, and reviews in a professional and timely manner. Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool Sharing the brand comments real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand) Perform research into our clients industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism & mass media Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online reputation management. Excellent communication skills written & verbal, attention to detail. Basic understanding of social media platforms and online analytics tools.
