Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for future reference.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (domestic process).
Ability to work on Inbound/Outbound processes (Voice Process) with ease.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints efficiently.
