We are hiring for, Project Manager Senior Project Manager Openings: 3 Industry: Interior Construction for Turnkey Contractor Functional Area: Civil, MEP, ID, Interior Design, MEP Job Location: Mumbai Required Candidate Profile Experience:- 3 - 5 Years Minimum Immediate joining. Based in Navi Mumbai/ Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Effectively manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Shop Drawings Creation: Generate and review shop drawings essential for production. Hospitality Project Oversight: Manage and oversee projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring delivery aligns. with client requirements and industry standards. Experience Requirement: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within turnkey contracting or related industries. Immediate Availability: Ability to join the company immediately upon selection. AutoCAD and Interior Execution: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of interior execution processes and techniques is highly desirable. Able to foresee and circumvent risk appropriately Good presentation skills, ability to persuade others, good negotiation skills Handling hospitality and commercial interior woodwork installation independently checking all measurements and coordinating with all vendors. Overseeing and directing the on-site team on installation and execution Assemble and prepare complete and well-thought-out estimates, perform quantity surveys and bid evaluations, clarify specific information and assumptions Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within the hospitality or related industry. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Proven ability in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with interior execution processes.
