Job Description
To head the overall operations of RMC Division
To execute the business plan of the organization.
To optimize resource utilization and contract management.
Adept in managing installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of various equipment's in reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
In-depth knowledge in Quality Standards and proficiency in implementation of the QC and QA activities.
Should be familiar with Product Mix, R&D of New Products.
To head the Business Development, Sales and Marketing activities and explore new markets.
Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications.
To generate marketing leads and sales volume growth.
To liaison with customers for bulk orders and execution of the same.
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Prepare policy for optimal transportation modes and routes.
Demonstrate technical presentation to the customers
Effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skill with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
B.E / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical experience in errection and commissioning of RMC Plants with Marketing and Sales Management with hands on experience of 15-20 years in leading RMC Plants. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
