Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize. various channels to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates" qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and provide insights on the current job market. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate the negotiation and acceptance of job offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruitment strategies to enhance the overall hiring process. Requirements: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
