Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Manager with a fast growing- India's leading brands in motorcycle touring accessories manufacturing facility at Satpur, Nashik. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with ViaTerra's brand and business objectives.Create and drive monthly social media plan as per the aligned strategy for various social media platforms with support from the in-house graphics team Define measurable KPIs to track the success of social media strategy and executions Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. Drive awareness and encourage brand advocacy among the broader motorcycle communityContinuously expand and diversify the pool of influencers and affiliates to reach a broader audience and explore new partnership opportunities. Reach out & track on a going basis influencer partnerships to drive product content/ reviews/ collate product feedback etc Curate user-generated & influencer content and leverage stories. collabs etc to drive engagement Monitor & leverage interesting online conversations related to motorcycle accessories and adventure travel. Track, analyze, and provide regular reports on social media & influencer performance with insights and recommendations to optimize strategies/ executions.
