JD-Telesales Executive Vertical: Jobs, Services, Real Estate, Cars & other Verticals Designation: Executive-Telesales Location: Delhi, Bangalore Industry: Banking/Finance/Insurance/ Edtech/E-commerce/Consumer goods/ Real estate/Services Desired Experience: 3 + years in Telesales. The incumbent will be responsible for -Monthly sales targets based on business priorities -End-to-end sales process including new customer acquisition and renewal of existing clients - Full understanding of the product offering and to be able to propose solutions based on client needs -Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure customer on boarding - Answer questions about the Products/Services of the company. -Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. -Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. -Enter and update customer information in the database -Take and process orders in an accurate manner - Handle grievances to preserve the companys. reputation -Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales -Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Desired Candidate Profile -Proven experience as a telesales representative -Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects with excellent knowledge of relevant languages (English & Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali) based on the regional requirements - Self driven and motivated - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints - Qualification 12th mandatory or any graduate /postgraduate degree can be considered
