Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the data migration and validation process to ensure accurate transfer of clinical and administrative data into TrakCare ACN.
- Support training sessions for clinical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
- Collaborate with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate critical challenges during the transition.
- Document workflow changes, user feedback, and system issues to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Help coordinate communication between different departments involved in the implementation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with clinical and business requirements post-implementation.
Learning Opportunities:
- Hands-on experience with a leading healthcare information system (TrakCare ACN).
- Insight into the intersection of clinical workflows and health IT systems.
- Exposure to project management and change management in a healthcare setting.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including IT, clinical staff, and administration.
Candidate Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or Computer science.
