Tech Team Leader @ Sapiens

What youll do:

• Participating in Design and developing of the Enhancements.
• Candidates should Provide Technical support to technical team members with 70% of hands-on development and 30% of People management.
• Working closely with Technical Architects at onshore/offshore , Developers, DevOps, Engineers and Managers.
• Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.
• Overseeing the development cycle
• Reviewing code.
• Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
• Ensuring the sprint deliverables and releases in accordance with Agile methodologies.

What to Have for this position:

Must have Skills:-

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience working through software development life cycle primarily focusing on development
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of programming languages like Java 8 & above, Spring, spring boot, Spring data JPA/Hibernate, Spring batch, Spring JMS ,Spring REST, Wildfly , Oracle/MSSQL
• 2 years of relevant experience in leading team technically.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to deal with pressure and perform multitask.
• Good leadership skills
• Knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
• Awareness about the best industry practices
• Highly accurate and logical
• Product development experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage.
