*Drive strategy and execution for Sales, coordinating across market, acquire partner, partners organizations and the product business units.
*Support the management system by regular reporting on business development activity and sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Enable train, engage, advice, mentor and manage sales teams on the Sales & business acquisition portfolio, product capabilities and strategy.
* The candidate should be open to drive the sales team during weekends on filed.
Minimum Qualifications
Rich understanding of acquiring partner eco-system and value chain with prior experience in developing strategic alliances. Consultative solutions/business-value problem solving approach to engagements.
Relevant industry/domain expertise in Sales for one or more industry verticals, e.g. Retail, Telecom/Communication, Financial Services, Banking, E-commerce etc.
History of growing new businesses and/or establishing a new Business Development function while working closely with the broader Product Management and Sales/Marketing teams.
Strong leadership skills, business acumen and proven ability to deliver world-class results.
Candidate should have at least 8 years experience including a combination of sales, business development, and partnership development experience.
