Job Description

Functional Responsibility :

• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analysing business developments, different product applications and monitoring market trends
• Prospecting Potential Customers, that include Builders, Promotors, Architectures, Individual Customers, Interior designers and other available source of individual or by generation of lead by individual.
• Plan and Execute sale calls for potential assessment of business in different segment.
• Obtains sales profit contribution by managing, establishing and accomplishing Sales Objectives.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge About the doors Product.
• Building strong relation with potential long term customers.
• Align with various policies and rules of the organization to attain highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Align with the service team to enable timely service while execution of Installation and delivery excellence.
• Key Account Management
• Implement all promotional activities
• Plan and Achieve assigned sales and collection target.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should have done his Graduation/ MBA with min of 7 to 15 years experience in project sales in Building Material industry like Boards, Paints, Tiles and Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware etc.
