Curriculum Associate for Backend Development We are seeking individuals with a passion for mentoring students in Backend Development. These individuals should take pride in creating powerful, employment-focused, state-of-the-art content in Backend Development and aspire to play an instrumental role in shaping students" careers. The candidate will work closely with the founding team to ensure a fantastic learning experience for all SkilloVilla learners. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and build best-in-class, employment-focused learning products. Work with other Learning Experience teams such as Content Delivery, Student Success, Student Support, and Corporate Partnerships to drive learning outcomes. Proactively identify the scope of improvement in internal curriculum processes and ensure smooth execution for a better user learning experience. Develop and institutionalize processes around the best practices in content creation, assessment, evaluation, and delivery. . Create learning activities and content to increase the learning experience and engagement of the students on the platform. Provide academic insights to guide the next level of product development to enhance customer engagement and placement performance of students. Design reward/recognition/loyalty programs for the customer to drive engagement on the platform. Skills Required: A passion for keeping up with the latest trends in Backend Development. Must know Java, Spring-boot, SQL, Linux, and backend development. Good Communication skills. Content Writing Skills - may use AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly). Academic Qualifications - BTech/BCA in Computer Science/Engineering. 0 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field. Excellent planning and execution skills. Excellent written communication and analytical skills. Good to Have: Knowledge of Excel Experience as a Backend Developer.
