Description Purpose of this Position Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA &PA). To provide technical consulting and problem solving. To support PoC, FAT and product testing To provide technical training, on-site seminar to customer Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives Major Areas of Responsibility Work closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA To answer request for proposal To resolve customers applications via technical expertise. To obtain customers satisfaction. Project support in Pre-sales stage and Post-sales stage Tender Document study and analysis. To propose suitable solutions, execute POC(Proof Of Concept) and FAT (Factory acceptance test) for Moxas channels and end customers Support pre-sales activities such as seminar, customer visit, exhibition, to. present product features and value proposition. To provide Internal/External technical training to either Moxa colleagues or customer To handle additional assignments or projects on demand which required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives- Qualifications Minimum Job Requirements Fluent in English language. College degree in Engineering or related degree. Quick learner for technical knowledge. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience for network product. CCNA, CCNP, or above is preferred. Familiar with network technologies such as VLAN, RSTP, IGMP, NAT, VPN and Routing Function
