Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Providing support for all network and hardware-related issues Maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network connectivity in LAN & WAN networks Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.) Working on hardware installation and troubleshooting Skills & Requirements Should have IT exposure/network operation experience Should have experience in managing switch/access points and router/Firewall Should be a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Availability in response to the needs of the customer for installation, maintenance, and equipment malfunctions
