Role Description Orionix Systems Private Limited is currently seeking a full-time on-site Service Engineer to join our team in Greater Delhi Area. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, managing and maintaining equipment, and providing technical support to our clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Engineering. teams to help our clients achieve their goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair Strong understanding of IT networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems and administration Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair complex hardware and software issues Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA, are a plus Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
