Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Noida. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating drawings, interior designing, and managing FF&E. They will be required to coordinate with the design team and project managers regularly to ensure that designs meet client needs and are completed on time. Responsibilities: Conduct meetings with clients to understand. their design needs and preferences Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements Present design proposals to clients for approval, incorporating any necessary revisions Create detailed design plans, including comprehensive floor plans, elevations, and layouts Prepare accurate estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and related plans for each project Collaborate closely with the production team. Maintain thorough project documentation and adhere to project timelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all project deadlines Prepare project cost estimates and provide pricing information to customers Knowledge of various hardware accessories, fittings. Qualifications Strong skills in Space Planning, Architecture and Construction Drawings Expertise in Interior Design and FF&E Excellent organization and project management skills Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients Degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field At least 4 years experience in Interior Design or similar role Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software An eye for detail and a passion for quality Experience in Modular Designing would be an advantage
