Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other financial products.
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in BFSI industry (preferably HL & Affordable Housing).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of home loans/mortgage loans/housing finance/loan against property products sourcing through developers and connectors.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers/channel partners/distributors.

• good hands-on experience in Home Loans for handling and managing Developers / Connectors / Market.
