Head Human Resources & Training Key Expectations: Manage systems & processes in the department Framing policies and procedures for clinical teams and support services Managing manpower planning & reviewing at regular intervals Recruiting critical roles and help them succeed Maintaining organization culture Monitoring & managing staff performance across the institution Meeting needs of clinicians & staff and reducing their friction within our institution Strengthening productivity of internal and external teams Training & engaging all the teams & developing second line leaders Managing attrition and developing retention strategies Responsible for planning and improving employee well-being Meeting statutory & legal compliance Managing HRMS Specification: Qualification: MBA HR/ MSW Work Experience: 15-23 yrs, minimum 3 years in Head level position (managed HR for large teams minimum 350) Industry : IT, Education, Manufacturing and Service Sector.
