Job Title: Training Executive Experience : 0-5 Years (in Talent Development) Location : Chennai or Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Training Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs. Key competencies for this role include proficiency in report creation, training material design, effective delivery, induction programs, software expertise, and a strong proactive mindset. A passion for continuous learning and a willingness to adapt to evolving training methodologies are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Training Program Design: Develop. engaging and effective training programs that align with organizational goals. Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using a variety of methodologies, ensuring content relevance and participant engagement. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Induction Programs: Design and implement comprehensive induction programs for new hires. Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees. Report Creation: Generate detailed reports on training activities, participant feedback, and program effectiveness. Provide regular updates to management on training metrics and achievements. Software Expertise: Stay updated on relevant training software and tools to enhance program delivery. Utilize software platforms for effective training administration and tracking. Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying training needs and proposing innovative solutions. Anticipate challenges and take initiative to address them promptly. Willingness to Learn: Actively seek opportunities for professional development in training methodologies, industry trends, and technological advancements. Display a strong willingness to adapt and learn new skills as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Training, Human Resources, etc.). Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs. LMS management Strong proficiency in report creation and analysis. Familiarity with training software and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Passion for learning and continuous improvement
