Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Induction Programs: Design and implement comprehensive induction programs for new hires. Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees. Report Creation: Generate detailed reports on training activities, participant feedback, and program effectiveness.
