Job Description

Job Title: Senior Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and frontline staff.
   • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets performance targets.
   • Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration among team members.

2. Operational Oversight:

   • Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in production, distribution, or other relevant departments.
   • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes.
   • Identify and address operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.

3. Quality Control:

   • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet product standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
   • Collaborate with relevant departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Resource Management:

   • Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
   • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate inventory levels.
   • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of machinery and facilities.

5. Performance Analysis:

   • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance.
   • Implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
   • Generate reports for management to evaluate overall operational effectiveness.

6. Compliance and Safety:

   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company poli
