Job Description

As a Marketing Analytics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in importing, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What you will do :

Gathering, importing, cleaning, and organizing information from diverse sources such as spreadsheets, databases, and text files
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data to provide a solid foundation for analytical tasks
Crafting magical formulas and functions to manipulate, analyze, and automate data tasks, establishing yourself as the undisputed spreadsheet sorcerer
Designing stunning and informative dashboards that breathe life into data, utilizing tools like Power BI or incorporating charts and graphs within Excel
Presenting complex data in a visually appealing and easily understandable manner
Weaving data into compelling narratives, generating reports and presentations that captivate stakeholders with valuable insights
Communicate findings effectively, translating data into actionable recommendations
Identifying inefficiencies and streamlining workflows using your Excel expertise, making every click count
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhancing overall efficiency

What you need to have:

2-3 years of experience as an Excel Executive or in a similar data-related role
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and macros
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share your findings with diverse audiences
A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
