Job Overview:
Looking for a Business Analyst to join our Capital Market Project on Investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, particularly in the domain of mutual fund, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and contribute to the successful implementation of initiatives related to mutual fund investments.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to mutual fund investments.
Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Process Mapping and Documentation:

Create detailed process maps and documentation for mutual fund investment processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with relevant teams to standardize and streamline processes.
Data Analysis:

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in mutual fund investment data.
Work with data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital market projects, with a focus on mutual fund investments.
Strong understanding of mutual fund processes, regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Project management skills and experience with project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent.
Familiarity with relevant software and technologies in the capital markets domain.
