What you will be doing (Your key responsibilities): Regularly reviewing and navigating through logistics partners" panels/dashboards. Following up on all appointment deliveries by referring to maintained records across multiple e-commerce platforms. Engaging in calling and emailing courier partners for shipments not out for delivery on their appointment dates. Monitoring transit and undelivered shipments for PO Shipments, TESTER shipments, LETTERSHOP shipments. Collaborating with the operations team and vendors for daily. transportation line-ups for both reverse and forward pickups involving shipments from packaging partners or vendor/supplier. Generating reverse/forward shipments once pickups are confirmed and ensure coordination with courier teams and vendors until pickups are completed. Identifying vendors per product. Cost negotiation with vendors. Emailing dispatch details to courier team for appointment deliveries, ensuring all shipments are connected for the next hub. Creating labels for dispatches from the HO Office, sharing details with the courier partner and our internal team.
