REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, animation or equivalent
- 6+ years experience in game development and at least 3 years experience in animation with Spine.
- Expert in Spine, Adobe After Effects, Trapcode (AE Plug-in), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Particle Illusion
- Solid understanding in animating the human bipedal figure as well as other organic forms
- A high level of proficiency in keyframe animation, and strong, dynamic key poses
- Proficient in optimizing animations based on the requirements of game engine
- Ability to create a visually appealing animations and particle effects.
- Experience in 3D tools, like Blender or Maya and Unity or Unreal game engine is plus.
- Ability to work efficiently within a high-pressure, fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A link of portfolio is required

Responsibilities
- Create Animations for all aspects of Slot games, including characters, Symbols, backgrounds, props, display art, title logo and marketing assets.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the principles of animation, and a high level of quality and polish in your work
- Animate characters, environments, and FX assets of various styles in Spine and After Effects.
- Animate slot game art within a range of predefined art styles, appropriate for the subjects game purpose, that is aesthetically pleasing and evokes a positive reaction in the players
- Collaborate with Art Director to deliver animations that are engaging for players and to up to visual standards. Provide animations for review at appropriate stages and applies feedback accordingly.
- Work closely with the software engineer to prepare final animations in formats necessary for integration into the game.
- Prepare data for in-game implementation, working within production requirements in collaboration with Software team. Modify frame artwork under tight deadlines. Understands full range of game types, products and platforms.
- Analyse the requirements of different genre of games and performance in the field from a player's perspective to find industry trends, consider players in art design and discern which art approaches are most effective to appeal to players.
