Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Delivery Manager located in Mumbai. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Delivery Manager will also be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. The right candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or any related field Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Project Management with at least 5 years of managing software projects Ability to handle competing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a. fast-paced environment Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM will be an added advantage Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to lead project teams towards successful delivery while promoting a positive team environment Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time and on budget Demonstrated experience in risk identification, management, and mitigation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in the financial industry is a must Techno knowledge on the Database is required for MIS and adhoc reporting Audit compliances and Regulatory compliances for IT systems Documentations, User Manuals, SOP, IT policies, Test Cases and Test Scenarios preparations and reviews Project Updates, CR , Enhancement Management and reviews MIS for updates to senior management
