Role Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Green Hydrogen Projects to join our team full-time in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Bengaluru, but some work from home is acceptable. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Praana Power's green. hydrogen projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery, setting and assembling the engineering team for end-to-end execution, and meeting milestones and deadlines. You will also need to collaborate extensively with multiple teams in the organization, including Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Operations, and others. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the renewable energy industry, 2 years particularly in the green hydrogen value chain Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and collaborators Experience with project management tools and techniques, as well as agile methodologies Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor information to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring high-quality project deliverables Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven track record of successful project delivery in the renewable energy industry Experience with international project delivery is a plus
