REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 1+year
  • Extensive experience in PMO, project coordination, or commercial operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and billing processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating reports and maintaining trackers.
  • Familiarity with project management and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with internal processes and external audit requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor ongoing projects, maintain centralized trackers, and support portfolio-level reporting and dashboard updates.
  • Coordinate end-to-end resource operations including onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and asset tracking.
  • Schedule project governance reviews, prepare meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
  • Maintain organized records of all contractual documents such as MSAs, SOWs, POs, and NDAs.
  • Track contract timelines including start/end dates, renewals, and raise alerts for upcoming expirations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and legal teams for drafting, reviewing, and updating SOWs, NDAs, and change requests.
  • Ensure billing accuracy by aligning rate cards with contractual terms and tracking resource utilization and cost.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to generate BDRs, validate timesheets, and support invoice processing.
  • Verify client rate structures, calculate margins, and apply the appropriate billing models (T&M, fixed price, milestone-based, etc.).
  • Support compliance by maintaining audit-ready documentation and adhering to internal and external audit standards.
  • Maintain logs for project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely updates.
  • Organize and manage structured repositories for contracts, project trackers, and governance documents.
