Title: Consultant, ServiceNow Business Analysis IT Service Management (ITSM) Location: Bangalore Your Role The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution. This role will focus primarily on the Service Catalog/Portal and the IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. What youll be doing Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements related to ServiceNow capabilities via interviews, workshops, and other methods Provide recommendations of the best ServiceNow solution for the business problem that has been raised. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes. Document requirements as Stories in the ServiceNow Agile module Partner with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to determine the best technical solution to address the requirements Perform testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met. Defines test cases and acceptance criteria. Manage incoming requests for new capabilities. Keeps stakeholders informed on request status and timelines. Manage request backlog. Assist with the development and delivery of end user training Define and implement a continuous improvement life cycle to ensure that capabilities are reviewed and optimized Act as Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog/Portal Support measures to develop and improve implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the business Review ServiceNow product roadmap and actively find opportunities to maximize benefits from new features where applicable Build Baxter ITSM and Service Catalog roadmaps based on stakeholder input and the ServiceNow product roadmap Assist with platform upgrade efforts, including testing Perform business analyst activities related to the continued growth of the ServiceNow platform, including the deployment of additional functionality Mentors and provides guidance to junior team members What youll bring At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3 years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst Deep experience with the ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog modules Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, and Change Management Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles a plus Familiarity with Agile methodologies Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization (from individual contributor to executive level) Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
