Job Description

Exp Years: 2.5-4 yrs. Location: Pune Role and Responsibilities: Formulation of the Training Plan Training Need Analysis Training Operations Scheduling, Training Execution, and Coordination of trainings for freshers Scheduling, Training Execution, and Coordination of trainings for laterals Trainers Evaluation Maintaining trainer database Administering the test and other modes of evaluation for training Training Effectiveness Check Creating reports in Excel sheet Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's/ masters degree in human resources, Education, Training, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants. Proficiency in using training tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding learning principles and training evaluation methods. Excellent communication skills. both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative and adaptable, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
