Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals for our Non-Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat/email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat, email or SMS .
• Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Typing skills).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
