Role Description This full-time, on-site Branch Head Manager - Financial Service role is located in Mangalore taluk. As a Branch Head Manager - Financial Service, your primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the branch, including business development activities and client relationship management. You will work closely with the team to drive revenue growth and meet strategic objectives. You will also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, and by implementing strategies that enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a leadership role Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team. members Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve performance and service objectives Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and be an effective change agent Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
