About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our voice-based sales and customer success operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams, driving customer retention strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate teams, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
