Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, specializing in logo design and branding. As a crucial member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for translating our brand identity and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in logo creation, brand development, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities 1. Logo Design - Conceptualize and design unique and memorable logos that resonate with our brand identity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand requirements and create visual representations that align with our messaging. - Need to stress on Candidates should need enough experience in designing highly communicative social posters on all platforms 2. Branding - Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms. - Ensure brand. guidelines are followed meticulously in all design outputs. 3. Graphic Design - Produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms, including but not limited to social media graphics, promotional materials, and advertisements. - Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance the visual appeal of our marketing collateral. 4. Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and contribute creative ideas. - Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design. 5. Project Management - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional quality work. - Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to internal teams for feedback and approval. Qualifications 1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design. 2. Candidates should have an attitude of research on current design & colour trends in the market and implement into his creatives 3. Proven expertise in logo design and branding. 4. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8.
