Job Description: -
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Enterprise Risk functions to join our risk transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across Credit Risk, Risk Ratings, Modelling, Regulatory Reporting, and ESG, along with hands-on experience working with data sourced from upstream banking systems like T24, TI+, and Murex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for risk data, reporting, and modelling.
- Support regulatory initiatives (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9, ICAAP) through detailed data and functional analysis.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration from upstream systems (T24, TI+, Murex).
- Assist in solution design, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Translate regulatory and risk policies into actionable system and reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong functional expertise in Credit Risk, Ratings, Regulatory Reporting, ESG, and Risk Modelling.
- Solid understanding of data flows from core banking (T24), treasury (TI+), and trading systems (Murex).
- Proven experience in data analysis, data mapping, and risk data governance.
- Familiarity with Basel norms, IFRS 9, stress testing, and ICAAP frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
